That's why we set out with an in-depth project: to build a spice line designed for the professional kitchen, with a quality that is not easy to find - and at a competitive price that allows for daily use even in large quantities.
Why Bogshel Professional? In collaboration with one of the leading spice companies in Israel, we have created spices that are made just for those who know what they are talking about. We test every raw material, every root, every grain – even before it is packaged. The tests include taste, color, grinding, essential oil percentages and aroma. But it doesn’t end there.
We work with the 70/30 method: each spice is sent to a blind taste test among chefs, cooks and real professionals. Only if at least 70% of them preferred our product – it went into commercial production. A no-compromise screening process – because there is no room for compromise in the kitchen.

• Asta 200 paprika – This is not just “red paprika”. Asta is a biological measure of the intensity of color and quality in paprika (ASTA – American Spice Trade Association). Most companies on the market use paprika in the range of 80–100. The higher-quality companies offer Asta 140–160 paprika. Us? We went all the way – Asta 200. Intense red-orange color, rich aroma, and a deep flavor that really leaves an impression.
• Ground/crushed black pepper from Vietnam – The best pepper in the world is grown in the mountains of Vietnam, at high altitude and in a climate that produces spicy grains with a pronounced aroma. Here, it is freshly ground on demand, and packaged immediately – to maintain maximum spiciness and aroma.
• Premium Indian turmeric – High-quality turmeric comes from India – but even there, there are different levels. We import only premium turmeric, with a deep orange-golden color, and a high level of curcumin – the active ingredient that gives it its

• High-quality Indian cumin – has a warm, aromatic scent that is both prominent and refined. Particularly suitable for oriental cooking, legume and meat dishes. Anyone who has tried it will only return to it.
• Special blends – each of our blends has been built and tested over and over again until perfection:
• Khawaije for soup – based on a traditional Yemeni recipe, in a refined version suitable for the professional kitchen.
• Bharat – a complex combination of warming spices, for grinding, meat and legume dishes.
• Ras el Hanout – in an authentic and rich version, which is especially suitable for Moroccan cuisine.
• Chicken Grill / Chicken Shawarma / Kebab – Each of the blends has undergone a lengthy development process with chefs to give you exactly the flavor you are looking for – without cutting corners.
